[SESUN] A question about the usability team

Hello everyone,
I have a question about the usbility team.
As a usability team should be a team of multidisciplinary,what kind of
person should be a member of it?And how much?
Another question is how can different kind of people work together,for
example.how can a person with psychology background help the product more
usable?
